Registration to the event

The deadline for registration is 23 May 2018. Registration as well as payment has to be received by the organization at this date at the latest.

Online ‘early bird’ registration is available until  Saturday the 5th of May 2018.
Payment: before Monday the 7th of may 2018.

Registration and payment

In order to register and pay, please send your completed registration form and indication of your payment to: org@europeancup.nl

Please mention “European Cup 2018 + [your nation/federation/club name]” in the description of your payment.

All registration forms must be submitted to us before the deadline. Registration forms received after the 23th of May will only be processed based on availability and limitations in the number of competitors per category. The payment deadline is 25th May, in case of an invoice, the mentioned invoice deadline. For payments received after the deadline an administration fee of € 5 per competitor has to be paid, so please make sure your payment reaches us in time. This administration fee has to be paid before the start of the event on the 23rd of May.

The organisation reserves the right to close the tournament registration after the deadline at any time.

Competition Fees European Cup Ju Jitsu Duo Games

Duo system (Classic) – € 40 / couple 

This amount must be paid to the Organising Committee, at the latest, on the deadline indicated in the invitation. Late payments for registered participants carry a € 5 penalty per person and they must reach the bank account of the organisers before the moment of physical registration atthe official venue.

Refund/cancellation policy

The organiser reserves the right to cancel the event due to low enrolment or other circumstances which would make the event non-viable. If the organiser cancels the event, registrants will be offered a full refund based on their full registration fee. Should circumstances arise that result in the postponement of an event, the organiser has the right to either issue a full refund or transfer registration to the same event at the new, future date. The organisation is not liable for other costs.

Registration cancellation by participant

Unless specifically stated, the deadline to receive a refund for your registration is 60 business days before the event.

  • Cancellations received after the stated deadline will not be eligible for a refund;

  • Refunds will not be available for registrants who choose not to attend an event;

  • Cancellations will be accepted in writing only and must be received by the stated cancellation deadline;

  • All refund requests must be made by the participant or credit card holder;

  • Refund requests must include the name of the participant and/or transaction number;

  • Refunds will be credited back to the original credit card used for payment;

  • All event cancellations must be made in writing. Email is acceptable;

  • Refunds will be granted up to 60 days prior to the start of an event;

  • Cancellations made 30 days prior to a program will be subject to 50% cancellation fee;

  • Cancellations received 30 days or fewer before the program will not receive a refund.
