Budoschool Shisendo
Budo club Takken Shi-Sen-Do was founded in 1989 by Robert and Judith Takken. The club is active both nationally and internationally with many inspiring results. Regarding Jiu-Jitsu, the club is leading in the Netherlands. Judo, Karate and Aikido were founded from Jiu-Jitsu which makes the latter the most versatile martial arts out there. The term “Budo” represents (Japanese) martial arts in which physical and mental development is achieved by learning new skills, techniques and forms. All of this is based upon an inspiring Moral Code.
